Fresca’s 82,000 square foot facility produces over three million tortillas per day on its ten production lines and ships over 1,500 truckloads and containers per year.
Fresca was initially established in 1977 in a 3,000 square foot building. Over the course of three decades and six expansions, Fresca grew into our current facility. The last expansion provides adequate capacity to meet the needs of the industry’s largest customers and provides complete redundancy of all critical functions.
The Fresca team is adept at achieving unprecedented levels of quality from our production lines, to the point where equipment manufacturers frequently request customer plant tours to showcase their equipment in a first rate production facility.
