Fried Breakfast Burrito with Bacon & Cheddar
 
Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 8 salsa cayenne burrito cut tortillas
  • 1 package bacon, cooked and diced
  • 8 eggs, scrambled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup cheddar, shredded
  • ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Roll bacon, eggs and seasoned scrambled eggs into a tight burrito.
  2. Fry at 350°F for 3 minutes.
  3. Top with sour cream and serve.
