Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix 1 cup granulated sugar with 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
  3. Cut tortillas into triangles, brush one side with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Bake for 5 min.
  5. Remove and repeat for the other side.
  6. Bake for another 5 min.
  7. Plate, drizzle chocolate syrup, add berries and whip cream. Garnish with mint.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup sugar and cinnamon, pour onto small plate, set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. Whip whipping cream and sugar on a mixer with a whisk. Remove. Change to paddle and mix cream cheese until smooth. Slowly incorporate the whipped cream.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Roll up like a pinwheel. Brush on melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Bake for 18­-20 minutes or longer depending on your crispiness preference.

 

Peaches & Cream

Instructions
  1. Mix together 1 tsp cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  2. Cut tortillas into triangles. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Peach Mixture
  1. Peel peaches and cut into ¼ inch dice.
  2. Heat pan on med­ium-high heat and add butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg and ¼ tsp cinnamon.
  3. Cook for 5-­7 minutes until peaches are slightly caramelized.
  4. Remove from heat and place in a bowl and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in yogurt and enjoy!

 

Chocolate Dessert Wrap

Instructions
  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each tortilla. Sprinkle ¼ cup marshmallows and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips on half of each tortilla.
  2. Roll up, beginning with the topping side. Wrap each tortilla in heavy­duty foil; seal tightly.
  3. Grill, covered, over low heat for 5­-10 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Unwrap tortillas and place on dessert plates. Serve with ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
